By accessing and using myBrickStack ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

myBrickStack is a web application that helps you manage LEGO collections, wanted lists, inventory, orders, and MOCs (My Own Creations). The Service integrates with third-party APIs including BrickLink, Rebrickable, BrickSet, BrickEconomy, and Google Gemini when you choose to use the relevant features.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must:

• Sign in using Google OAuth
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service for:

• Managing your personal LEGO collection
• Tracking wanted lists and inventory
• Managing orders and parts
• Personal, non-commercial purposes

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your API tokens with others
• Use the Service to violate third-party terms of service (including BrickLink, Rebrickable, BrickSet, BrickEconomy, or Google)

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party APIs:

• BrickLink - Subject to BrickLink's Terms of Service
• Rebrickable - Subject to Rebrickable's Terms of Service
• BrickSet - Subject to BrickSet's Terms of Service
• BrickEconomy - Subject to BrickEconomy's Terms of Service
• Google Gemini - AI assistant requests are processed subject to Google's applicable terms and privacy notices

You are responsible for complying with each third-party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

6. API Tokens and Credentials

You agree to:

• Use only your own API tokens
• Not share your tokens with others
• Notify us immediately if your tokens are compromised
• Comply with rate limits and usage restrictions of third-party APIs

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7.2 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.3 Third-Party Content

LEGO-related data, images, and information are the property of their respective owners (LEGO Group, BrickLink, Rebrickable, BrickSet, etc.). We do not claim ownership of this content.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Service will meet your specific requirements
• That defects will be corrected

The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service (currently $0, as the Service is free)

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of third-party terms of service

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out. You may request account and cloud-data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Data stored locally in your browser remains on that device until you clear the site's browser storage.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Violate third-party terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
